Terry McCord-Antelope Valley PF
· The Antelope Valley PF chapter was formed in 1998. Terry has served as the chapter’s treasurer for all 9 years.
· The
chapter has spent over $119,000 on 805 habitat projects
(10,644 total acres) and 6 Youth Mentor Hunt events (110 boys
and girls) since 1998.
·
Terry's chapter has been one of the top tree planting chapters
in the nation (319,529 trees and shrubs planted since 1998).
·
Terry also serves as a District Representative on the Nebraska
PF State Council in addition to his commitment to the local chapter.
· The chapter supports a number of statewide habitat programs including Corners for Wildlife, CRP-MAP, and the State Habitat Raffle.
· Terry's passion for the outdoors is evident by the countless hours he puts into the organization. Antelope Valley PF's success can be directly related to Terry's efforts.
· Terry finds the time outside of being an independent contractor and serving as the County Commissioner to volunteer as the Lay leader at the United Methodist Church and helping with the local Boy Scouts Troop.
· Terry and his wife Bonnie reside in Oshkosh and have two children, Will and Ian. His wife Bonnie is also a great supporter in that she has spent a great deal of time helping with the chapter's annual banquet.
