Janell Rossman of Atkinson, NE was the grand prize winner of the 2005-2006 State Habitat Raffle.  She was the finalist from the Niobrara Valley PF banquet and was the lucky winner out of  56 finalists throughout the state.  She selected the African Safari as her grand prize and went on a trip and hunt of a lifetime...congratulations Janell from Pheasants and Quail Forever!

Every year since 1995, the State Habitat Raffle has been conducted at local Pheasants and Quail Forever banquets to raise funds for habitat and youth education efforts throughout the state.  In 2006, the raffle raised over $38,000 and helped provide vests for every youth that participated in a Youth Mentor Hunt in the fall.
