Hero of the Month

The Pheasants and Quail Forever "Hero of the Month" recognizes an individual, group or business that has demonstrated long-time support and dedication to the PF and QF mission.  As a grass-roots organization, the foundation of Pheasants and Quail Forever is built on volunteers and donors.  Without the passion, dedication, time and financial support of these "Hero's", we wouldn't be "The Habitat Organization".

Cedar Lake Lodge
Al & Kim Rempel
May - 2011

Cedar Lake Lodge, located in Northwestern Ontario, has long been known as a top Canadian fishing lodge and is the perfect place to get away. The clean, clear water has produced many record Northern Pike, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Perch and Muskie.     Cedar Lake Lodge is an Ontario Canada fishing lodge for fishermen who demand first class fishing, equipment and accommodation. The lodge and cabins are located near the community of Perrault Falls in Northwestern Ontario about 150 miles north of International Falls MN.

Over the past four years, Al and Kim Rempel have donated over one hundred buy one, get one, fishing certificates to Nebraska Pheasants Forever Chapters. These certificates have been used for fundraising at banquets in a variety of ways.  Through these generous donations, chapters have raised money that supports the mission of Pheasants Forever.

These certificates are exclusive to Pheasants Forever and can only be obtained by attending a Pheasants Forever banquet.  With over 60 banquets per year, you will have an excellent opportunity to win one of these 6 day/6 night fishing trip to one of the most beautiful fishing areas ever. If you happen to be the lucky winner you will have a memory for a lifetime.  Many winners return year after year to fish the beautiful and productive waters of Cedar Lake Lodge.

Pheasants Forever would like to thank Al and Kim for their commitment to conservation and generous donations to local PF chapters in Nebraska.
