Mobile Prescribed Burn Units
| If you are interested in improving wildlife habitat or other grasslands with a prescribed burn, we have equipment available. This unit can be available for use throughout the state starting in 2008 by contacting Pheasants Forever at 308-754-5339 or by email at pberthelsen@pheasantsforever.org

There are currently five Mobile Prescribed Burn Units available through funding and partnerships with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever chapters, the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission, Nebraska Partnership for All Bird Conservation, Nebraska Environmental Trust, the US Fish & Wildlife Service - Partners for Wildlife, and State Wildlife Grant funds.
